Cancellation Policy:

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. 

The financial impact of late cancellations to our business and service providers is substantial.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice we will charge you 100% of the booked appointment amount.
No-show/No-Call appointments will be charged the 100% of the booked services. Second offense will be required to pre-pay for future services once your bill has been paid.  
Sick: Please reschedule your appointment if you are exposed to COVID-19 or become sick between now and your appointment. There will be no charges as long as we are notified before your scheduled appointment.

Under 18 Policy:

We will not provide Brazilian services to anyone under 18 years old, this includes butt crack as well. We will provide bikini or bikini extended services, but underwear must remain on at all times. Parental/guardian signature is not required, but parent/guardian are welcome to be present during the service.

Late Policy:

dulcederm is a very popular hair removal & skin care spa. This means we’re usually fully booked. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. You will still be responsible for 100% of your scheduled service(s). Please call or text to let us know you are running behind schedule. If we don't hear from you within 10 minutes of your service start time, we will send a text to make sure you are on your way. No response by end of day, results in a no show appointment and will be charged 100% to the card on file.

Sugar Shares Program:

​The intention of the Sugar Shares program is to supplement a percentage of service cost to keep your on your regularly scheduled service routine. If you're feeling financially insecure due to loss/change of income, please fill out this application. We do not request justification of your situation.

The Sugar Shares Program is funded by dulcederm profits, our clients, and community members in order to make Sugaring services more accessible for existing clients who are experiencing financial insecurity. Many of us require hair removal to exist in our bodies comfortably, and we like to be able to provide those services regardless of income. We ask all clients to pay it forward when they can. This fund can pay for 25% to 50% of services. Sugar shares can be approved for up to 3 visits per application. If you find that your situation improves prior to your 3rd visit, please let us know so that we can share these funds with another applicant.

 

Sugar Shares is available to all existing clients. To us, existing clients means clients that have been in for at least 3 visits or over 3 months time. Sugar shares will be granted to applicants as long as there are funds in the account.
