We guarantee our products. If you receive a product and it doesn't work for you or you have a reaction, let us know, we will exchange it for something else, or refund you, depending on the situation. If you have any issues, please let us know and we will work to resolve the issue. It is our wish to not add to a collection of products that don't get used because they don't work for you.
We ship out orders Tuesday - Fridays. Most orders will go out the following business day from when they are received. We ship USPS Priority Mail for all of our store orders. Shipping charges are variable depending on the size of the box needed for the order. We will happily issue a partial refund if we don't need the full amount charged for shipping your order. Our shipping charge is $19.00.
